The Yoga Shala is excited to host the LifeArt Book group, facilitated by Lezlie Laws, offering discussion groups on books that “cultivate the conditions, skills, and attitudes that support artful, passionate, and purposeful living and creating.”
The first book of the fall will be Thich Nhat Hanh’s lovely little book Our Appointment with Life: Sutra on Knowing the Better Way to Live Alone. Participants may join the book group in person at The Yoga Shala in Maitland, Fl; or opt to join us virtually. The LifeArt book group is by donation. Give what you can.
