Stretch Sessions
The Yoga Shala offers 50 minute and 25 minute stretch sessions.
50 minute stretch session provides an extensive full body stretch for all major muscle groups and extremities. It’s ideal for improving your range of motion and flexibility, easing stiff joints, loosening tight muscles, and assisting with chronic pain.
The 25 minute session primarily concentrates on your major muscle groups, helping to alleviate muscle tightness. It’s great for people active people who want more frequent, yet shorter sessions, to help them continue training hard while maintaining a good range of motion. Contact us to schedule a session!
