As children, summer was a time of relaxation and reading lists.  As we grew into adults it became another part of our hectic year, maybe even more so as the hours are spread then with our own children, jobs, and responsibilities.  Super You will focus on reducing stress, while enhancing energy, mood, focus & beauty.
